"After getting a 3 hour run around for a tow from our insurance agency, Superior Towing stepped up! Within 20 minutes we had help. The owner sent a work truck to check on us while we waited for Joe with the tow.
Chris came first with the work truck and showed curiosity and integrity. He offered to help repair our issue on the spot, by offering tools and spare parts if he had them.
Once we realized the repair needed additional parts, Joe brought his flat bed and towed us to O'Reilly's where my husband did the repairs.
We highly recommend Superior Towing because they put their customers first with compassion and care.

"Joe was a life saver! I was in a real pinch on a Sunday morning at 6:30 AM, 300 miles from home when my tire blew. His communication on when he would be out to me was top notch. He was friendly and so very helpful. He provided me the after hours number for Les Schwab so I could get back on the road without having to wait till Monday. Thank you soooo much !"

"Engine blew up on a road trip 400 miles from home. Had a neighbor with a flatbed able to tow me home but I had to wait until he got there. The driver, Terry, went above and beyond arranging with the boss to let me park outside their shop while I waited. Terry set me in a spot where my neighbor could easily get me up onto the bed, and when we came into town he pointed out to me where all the amenities were that I might need. He even checked on me after hours to make sure I was alright. Terry was fast, professional, and friendly. He's the kind of employee a customer wants to interact with and I can't recommend the company high enough."
