"JB and Terry rescued us from the side of the road on 84W when my Tahoe broke down! They helped me navigate a bit of a towing scam - watch out for 1800 numbers online that are basically a finder service. If I hadn't called Superior directly (thanks to the OSP officer that stopped for us) I wouldn't have figure out that the 'company' I was talking to for an hour was actually just calling around trying to find a cheaper rate. I was happy to pay Superior's fee and they delivered my truck to the shop after hours, no hassle to me."

"I am okay, but I ran into this guard rail this morning with my Ford Maverick pick up truck and did some damage to the vehicle. Superior towing came out and picked me and my truck promptly and very friendly."

"We broke down on busy freeway and called AAA, which directed us to this business. Usually it takes hrs to get towed. Jake was there in about an hr from calling. He was prompt, polite, friendly, courteous and new what he was doing. Definitely recommend."

"My car broke down today on my way into Baker City. After calling Superior Towing dispatch they assigned Terry to come help me out. Before he headed out Terry called me to verify where I was and what was the situation so he could make sure to bring the right tow truck and anything else that would be needed. Terry showed up super quick and hooked up my vehicle. He let me and my dog ride in the cab with him on the way into town, we had a great chat which helped take my mind off the car being broken. He was super friendly, took me to the auto shop I had chosen and since it was after hours included his business card with my keys in the after hours drop box just in case the shop had any questions. After all that he gave me and my pup a ride to our hotel. Overall extremely professional and friendly encounter on what was a pretty stressful day. I'd recommend Superior Towing to anyone in the area. Great service and reasonable prices. Thanks Terry!"
