"Our second day in the US from leaving Canada we had a breakdown on I-84 just outside of Baker City resulting in our front wheel coming off our truck with damage and no way to secure the wheel. We had a person recommend Superior to us and called them right away. They were very prompt in coming to load our very challenging vehicle, as well as our boat, and tow us to a fantastic shop in Baker. We dealt with Sean initially on the phone who sourced out a suitable shop and got things lined up for us. Markeith was the tow truck operator who, in conjunction with my husband, organized the loading of our vehicle and boat and got us safely in to town to the shop. We then had several helpers, including both Markeith and Sean, spend a considerable amount of time to off load all our belongings from our truck and get it safely into the shop. The very generous help from this company and their employees helped ease our stress from a very miserable situation. We are most happy to give them a raving 5** rating. Thank you Superior from the McLeods!!"

"I was on a cross country trip, and the rear axle on my Tahoe broke down. I was at Farewell Bend Rec area. Markeith was at the park by 6:15 am and was very efficient at getting the Tahoe on the rig. And he got me to Grumpy's by the designated time of 7:30. Markeith was so pleasant and very helpful."
