"Broke down on interstate outside of town. Hundreds of miles from home and 150 from destination. Joe was friendly and professional. It was holiday weekend and nothing was open. He recommended local places, attitude was above and beyond. Could not recommend enough."

"Was stuck on side of 86 with no cell service, a passer by made a call to my son when she got service. While waiting, Joe (road side service/tow driver) was on his way back to Baker and stopped to see if I was OK and needed help. I thought I was being helped by my insurance Co. Long stories short, after finding out it was 3rd party and didn't know Baker country and over 5 hrs later I called Superior myself they told me they would sent out a tow truck in about 90 minutes due to on call was already on a job. I was very pleased that 10 minutes later the driver said he would be on his way. 45 minutes later he was on site. It was the same guy "Joe" that stopped earlier. Bottom line, was Fast,Friendly service and said no out of pocket because they work with my agent. I hope I don't need a tow in the future, but if I do, Superior is my 1st and only call"
