"Outstanding service. The owner was on top of the situation immediately. We were given an estimated ETA that was way better than expected. The driver (Grant) then called to say he was on his way and told us when to expect him. He was plus or minus one minute on his arrival time. Very well run outfit. Professional, courteous, and prompt. Also, the price we paid was less than our estimates."

"My vehicle broke down late on a Sunday afternoon about 15 miles north of Baker City. Superior Towing arrived in less than 30 minutes. The driver, Grant, was amazing. Not only did he tow my car to a reputable shop, he then drove me and my luggage to a nearby motel and stuck around to ensure I was able to secure a room. You just don't get that type of service these days. I highly recommend calling Superior Towing for your towing needs."

"My truck thought it would be a good idea to lock itself even with the key in the ignition, which a 2018 should not do... AAA sent Superior Towing out from Baker City which was quite the trek for them since we were in Halfway, OR. 1.25 hours away!
Jake was our driver and was polite, efficient, personable and got the job done allowing us to embark on our journey home!
I would not hesitate to use Superior Towing again and hope Jake is "our guy"."
