"Shipwrecked with a flat in a rented minivan -- with no spare tire -- as semi-trucks flew by on I-84, our family was in peril as darkness fell in the hills between Dixie and Durkee.
My partially disabled mother-in-law would've struggled to climb into a tow truck so we figured we were screwed. Then Kris from Superior Towing arrived. He temporarily patched the tire on the side of the freeway then guided us carefully along "Old U.S. Highway 30" to our destination in Baker City. On top of that, after waiting for us to unload all our stuff at the hotel, Kris followed me to the Les Schwab store then drove me back to the hotel.
It's the greatest thing when you are in a bind to find somebody that you immediately trust to figure out a solution and this was one of those special times that our family will not forget."

"AAA dispatched Superior late one night recently. Joel was the driver and was very professional and keep in good communication. He got there within a hour. He was very detail oriented in hooking up the tow and double checked all. He took the Jeep away, dropped it at Hill's garage and brought the keys to the garage next day. He even took a pic of the Jeep safely parked. Would use them again, but I hope I don't have to."

"We were headed to Boise and the fuel pump went out in our truck. We called Superior Towing. Terry came in under 30 minutes. He also called around to see if a mechanic was available to fix our truck. He found a super nice guy. He got a fuel pump tonight and said he'll fix it tomorrow. Terry was awesome, he gave us cold water and let our dog ride in the air conditioned cab. He also told us that the Best Western is dog friendly. So grateful to get a great tow truck driver, a mechanic and a room, being it's a 3 day weekend. Thanks again Terry, you were a great help we appreciate you very much."

"I didn't get gas in Ontario and the range on my rental was way off from the climb to Baker City and I ran out of gas a few miles outside of town. I called AAA and they dispatched a vehicle and said it'd be about 45 minutes. I couldn't believe how fast that was so i didn't believe it. Then Terry arrived with gas in about 20 minutes. He also followed us to the nearest gas station to make sure we got there safe. We were back on the road and off the sunbaked highwayside in short order because Terry acted so fast. I'm grateful for the service."
