"Engine blew up on a road trip 400 miles from home. Had a neighbor with a flatbed able to tow me home but I had to wait until he got there. The driver, Terry, went above and beyond arranging with the boss to let me park outside their shop while I waited. Terry set me in a spot where my neighbor could easily get me up onto the bed, and when we came into town he pointed out to me where all the amenities were that I might need. He even checked on me after hours to make sure I was alright. Terry was fast, professional, and friendly. He's the kind of employee a customer wants to interact with and I can't recommend the company high enough."

"The first beautiful day after what has felt like a very long winter found us in the Virtue Flat area. We were ready for a great day outdoors. Unfortunately our truck wasn't as ready and we broke down. We were able to get cell service and call Superior Towing. Chris took the call, and even though they were incredibly busy, was able to get to us in record time. He was so kind and friendly and got us back home. It was such a relief. Being stranded doesn't feel very good. We are so thankful for the service provided by Chris and Superior Towing."

"Broke down on interstate outside of town. Hundreds of miles from home and 150 from destination. Joe was friendly and professional. It was holiday weekend and nothing was open. He recommended local places, attitude was above and beyond. Could not recommend enough."
