"On our way to our new home from Washington to Idaho… found ourselves on the side of the road on a Friday evening with a busted water pump. After calling roadside assistance we only had to wait around 25 minutes for our tow truck from Superior Towing. Big shout out to our driver Chris….It was a bit daunting to be sitting on the highway with cars/ semi truck blasting past you at 70+ mph but he was awesome and quickly had our truck hooked up and on our way to the auto repair shop. He was professional & friendly, knowledgeable about the area and seemed to know the repair shop personally. Thank you so much Chris!"

"My car died on the side of the highway around 5 pm on a Saturday. Even though it was a weekend evening, they came and picked me up in less than an hour and towed me to an auto shop. Chris was so kind, responsive, and great to chat with on the ride into Baker. He made a terrible situation so much better and while I hope to never need Superior’s services again, I would call them in a heartbeat. Highly highly recommend."

"I couldn't have asked for better help! Terry rescued me off I84, in the dark, where I was broke down, alone for over 3 hours. He was the only company/driver who answered the phone after hours. He brought me in to town, dropped my vehicle at Grumpy's & then drove me to the motel where he waited to make sure I actually got a room. Beyond kind to a stranger stranded 600 miles from home. As far as the towing itself he had my car hooked up quickly & efficiently. I cannot say enough good things about Superior Towing & Terry in particular. I highly recommend them!"

"I could not be happier with the service that was provided by Kris from Superior Towing. I called him from the campground in Unity, Oregon around 6am and he had us towed up to a repair shop in Baker City by 10am, which is extremely fast given the time he had to travel to us and then back to Baker City. He was very professional and polite. He really helped us get out of a bad situation. I highly recommend using this company!"
