"I couldn't have asked for better help! Terry rescued me off I84, in the dark, where I was broke down, alone for over 3 hours. He was the only company/driver who answered the phone after hours. He brought me in to town, dropped my vehicle at Grumpy's & then drove me to the motel where he waited to make sure I actually got a room. Beyond kind to a stranger stranded 600 miles from home. As far as the towing itself he had my car hooked up quickly & efficiently. I cannot say enough good things about Superior Towing & Terry in particular. I highly recommend them!"

"I could not be happier with the service that was provided by Kris from Superior Towing. I called him from the campground in Unity, Oregon around 6am and he had us towed up to a repair shop in Baker City by 10am, which is extremely fast given the time he had to travel to us and then back to Baker City. He was very professional and polite. He really helped us get out of a bad situation. I highly recommend using this company!"

"After getting a 3 hour run around for a tow from our insurance agency, Superior Towing stepped up! Within 20 minutes we had help. The owner sent a work truck to check on us while we waited for Joe with the tow. Chris came first with the work truck and showed curiosity and integrity. He offered to help repair our issue on the spot, by offering tools and spare parts if he had them. Once we realized the repair needed additional parts, Joe brought his flat bed and towed us to O'Reilly's where my husband did the repairs. We highly recommend Superior Towing because they put their customers first with compassion and care. Thank you for getting us back on the road! -Cheers from the Meboes"
