"What a truly amazing company, you want to talk about hospitality look no further than Superior Towing. We were in a wreck at about 3 in the morning, Superior Towing got there within twenty minutes which was pretty quick considering we were in the middle of nowhere, they towed our car into town, got us situated in a hotel for a discounted rate, and even gave us his personal number and said if you forgot some clothing items or something like that in your car just call me and I will give you a ride over to get it out of your car, which is exactly what happened on a Sunday, probably his only day off of the week but he was more than willing to come get us and take us to get what we needed out of our car. Then today when we weee getting the car out of impound the owner Don worked with us on the bill so we could get back on the road again, even gave us a ride back over to the tow yard and jump started the car for us. When we started to leave the right front tire wouldn't move cause it had so much ice built up in it so Kenny being the caring person he seemed to be took the wheel off and got all the ice out of there so we could get on the freeway again. Such an amazing company with amazing employees who actually care, and in today's time that is such a rarity in this country. So to Don, Eric, Justin, and Kenny thank you guys for making what should of been a complete nightmare into a small miniscule thing."

"This company went above and beyond expectations! My friend and I got into a wreck in I84 coming from Seattle about a day ago at 3am. Eric and Justin arrived on the scene, flipped my car over, towed it and even took us to a hotel for the night for a discounted rate. Eric even told me to call him if I needed a ride into town or back to the yard to get more of my things. All of these guys were so awesome and made us feel at ease through the terrible situation. Don did everything he could to help us and showed he actually cares about his customers. Kenny jumped my car to see if it would even start. Luckily it did. Then he took my wheel off to get the ice out so I could drive. I'm so thankful."

"Over the weekend I had a mishap where a young man at a gas station ended up putting Diesel fuel into my gasoline powered truck causing it to break down , I called Superior for a tow , not only did they come right out they went above and beyond what the normal of a towing company would do , they helped us get a good rate at a very nice hotel and ended up fixing my truck in the process , Erik Risk the tow driver was awesome I highly recommend Superior towing"

"The name of their company is fitting! They are SUPERIOR! Towing my large 5th wheel trailer on my way to Arizona when we had a break down with the truck. My insurance company contacted SUPERIOR to come to my truck and 5th wheel. They arrived shortly after I had made the call. Towed the truck to Grumpy's(excellent service) and the 5th wheel was towed to Superior shop where Donn parked the 5th wheel and provided us with power, water, and sewer. We were at his shop for 5 nights waiting for the truck repairs. The entire staff were friendly and concerned about our wellbeing! If you have the unfortunate need for a tow near Baker City Oregon, Superior Towing is who you MUST call! Thank you very much"
