"Boy did I just get bailed out of trouble by Markeith at Superior Towing. Stuck on the highway towing a large boat with my pickup, AAA sent the call out and he showed up in 15 minutes, hosted the truck on the platform, installed the correct trailer ball on the tow unit, had the correct trailer lights adapter, hooked up the boat, gave me repair referrals, parked my truck/boat rig in the lot right next to the motel, and was extremely professional during the entire process. As good as it could have been under awful circumstances."

"Our van’s engine threw a rod while driving on the mountain side (of course it started raining, too), so we pulled off on the shoulder on a very unsafe part near a curve. I made a claim through our insurance, and the service we got through Superior Towing was great! Our truck arrived maybe 15 minutes later than expected, but that was due to an 18-wheeler that caught fire a few miles away from us. That was worth waiting for, and thankfully both of our situations turned out ok and no one got hurt. Markeith was our driver, and he was excellent, and he worked very hard to get us off the road quickly. Thankfully he was ok despite the unsafe drivers who wouldn’t move over a lane for safety! Definitely recommend Superior Towing."

"We were returning from visiting our son in Salt Lake City after his surgery to remove a malignant brain tumor. It was a very difficult situation. We passed through Boise, ID returning to WA, heading over the pass on I-84 through Baker City, OR. We had a fuel range of 100 miles in our Durango, so I figured we'd have time to gas up on the way. However, it was very windy and the drive was mostly uphill. Plus, there were virtually no gas stations. Near the Weatherby rest stop on I-84 westbound at mile marker 359.5, we only had 15 miles of fuel remaining, not enough to make it to Baker City. It was after 11pm. We checked at the rest stop, but no one had any gas to help us make the 30 miles required to reach the stations in Baker City. Our AT&T cell service was horrible, but fortunately, someone with T-Mobile signal let us use their phone to call AAA. They sent Sean from Superior Towing out in less than an hour. However, when Sean arrived, someone had removed his spare gas can and left the other nearly empty. So Sean was essentially stuck, too. Resourcefully, Sean crawled under his truck, disconnected his fuel line, and pumped fuel into his empty fuel can. It left him with barely enough to make it back to Baker City. Fortunately, he had enough to spare us some fuel! Sean was very empathetic, quick-thinking, and helped us in the middle of the night. He also followed us back to Baker City to ensure we didn't have any further problems. Sean was kind, courteous and really made a huge difference for us. Outstanding job! Thank you Sean!
