"We were stuck on the side of the road with a ruptured coolant line and called them… we were probably and hour and a half outside of town but had to get there for our daughters cheerleading for her last time at the Shrine game. Not only did they show up earlier than they said, not only did they beat their estimate but we, considering the circumstances absolutely enjoyed the company of our driver, Nate. Polite, professional, compassionate and an absolute pleasure to have a conversation with. He took us to the mechanic, made sure we were set there and then drove us to our hotel on the completely other side of town. You don’t find customer service like this everyday, and because of them my daughter made it to her final cheerleading event. Thank you!"

"I had a tire blowout a few miles past Baker City. Terry was there just minutes after the call to change my tire. He was polite, professional, and had me quickly on my way. It’s never a good thing to have a flat on the highway traveling alone, but I consider myself lucky that if it had to happen, it was where it was."
