"Welp i was stranded in the middle of nowhere after hitting a coyote between la grande and north powder. Only one tow service worked with AAA to help reduce the cost of getting me to Boise and it was Superior Towing. My driver, Grant, Is the real reason I’m making this review. He saw that me and my family were tired and a little chilly. He turned down his radio and turned down the air conditioner. During the dropoff he was extremely helpful and kind throughout the process. He made sure we were all squared away before taking off. Thank you Grant and Superior Towing."

"I was in an accident with a deer an hour outside Baker City in the middle of the night and Superior Towing was my saving grace. Jake and Grant got to me as fast as they could and kept me and my dog calm and safe. They even made sure I got checked into a motel safely and helped me navigate the city as far as food and transportation. They absolutely went above and beyond the call of action, especially as someone who didn’t have (but will be getting now) AAA. Thank you to the entire Superior Towing crew but especially to Jake and Grant

"I can't say enough good things about this towing company especially your amazing worker Jake. We were stranded in Oregon from Pennsylvania. He was an absolute godsend when I found myself stranded and stressed. From the moment I called, he was professional, kind, and reassuring. He arrived quickly, handled everything with care, and made a difficult situation so much easier.
The driver was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me. It's rare to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers, but this team certainly does. Their prompt service, professionalism, and compassion turned a bad day into a manageable one.

"We can't thank Jake enough for helping us when we were stranded on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere in Oregon.
Our van had a cooling issue , and we were in a stressful situation with very few options since we are from Pennsylvania. Jake responded quickly, picked up our van, and made sure we got where we needed to be safely to fix our car. And they Accommodating all our passengers in our car!
He was professional, reliable, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process.
