"I can’t thank Don, Chris and Terry enough for rescuing us when our motorhome broke down. These men treated us like family. They went out of their way to take care of us . We felt so vulnerable but so appreciate their caring support. Please know these people will do you right. Refreshing to meet genuine nice honest people, they do still exist. "Shipwrecked with a flat in a rented minivan -- with no spare tire -- as semi-trucks flew by on I-84, our family was in peril as darkness fell in the hills between Dixie and Durkee. My partially disabled mother-in-law would've struggled to climb into a tow truck so we figured we were screwed. Then Kris from Superior Towing arrived. He temporarily patched the tire on the side of the freeway then guided us carefully along "Old U.S. Highway 30" to our destination in Baker City. On top of that, after waiting for us to unload all our stuff at the hotel, Kris followed me to the Les Schwab store then drove me back to the hotel. It's the greatest thing when you are in a bind to find somebody that you immediately trust to figure out a solution and this was one of those special times that our family will not forget."

"AAA dispatched Superior late one night recently. Joel was the driver and was very professional and keep in good communication. He got there within a hour. He was very detail oriented in hooking up the tow and double checked all. He took the Jeep away, dropped it at Hill's garage and brought the keys to the garage next day. He even took a pic of the Jeep safely parked. Would use them again, but I hope I don't have to."
